Private & Semi-Private Sewing Classes for Children, Adults, and Parents & Children
These sewing classes are for 1 to 4 students and are held at my house in Palo Alto (Midtown), at mutually convenient times.
Together we design your sewing "curriculum." Each student can learn to
• Sew clothing, quilts, home and fashion accessories
• Sew clothing, quilts, home and fashion accessories
• Draft your own designs, change patterns or replicate garments you love
• Sew Green when you learn to alter, mend, re-purpose, or re-design clothing or other fabrics you already have
• Learn to use your sewing machine or one of mine
Complete your project at my house (over several lessons) and/or take assignments home to sew on your own.

You can also integrate Private and Semi-Private lessons with the Small Group Lessons - See Calendar in Adults: Sewing Instruction on menu bar.
Private and Semi-Private Lessons • The Details
• Sign up is easy: Contact me at appletonsews@gmail.com or 650.224.0075 and we will arrange mutually convenient time(s) to meet
• You may use one of my machines or bring your own. Please bring the manual, cords, foot pedal, and all attachments with your machine
• Private Lesson Fees: 2-hour minimum: Click here

• Small Group Lessons: 3 to 4 students with a 2-hour per lesson

The date(s) and time(s) of your private, semi-private, or small group lesson(s) will be confirmed upon receipt of fees. You may pay with a check payable to Diane Appleton. I will send you my address when you email to register.

When you register for the Private or Semi-Private sewing lesson(s), we will discuss your sewing goals and project(s) and the necessary materials, notions, and tools. I will have some notions available for purchase.
