(Adult) Private & Semi-Private Sewing

Private & Semi-Private Sewing Classes for Adults, Children, and Parents & Children

These sewing classes are held at my house in Palo Alto (Midtown), at mutually convenient times. 

Together we design your sewing "curriculum."  Each student can learn to
     • Thread and operate your sewing machine or one of mine
     • Sew clothing, quilts, home, fashion, and/or doll 
       accessories 

     • Draft your own designs, change patterns or replicate
       garments you love 

     • Sew Green when repairing, altering, re-purposing, or re-
       designing clothing or other fabrics you already have    

Complete your project at my house (over several lessons) and/or take assignments home to sew on your own.  You can also integrate Private and Semi-Private lessons with Flexible Small Group Lessons.

     •  Use one of my machines or bring your own. Please
        bring the manual, cords, foot pedal,

     •  Lesson Length: 2-hour minimum

When you register for the Private or Semi-Private sewing lesson(s), we will discuss your sewing goals and project(s) and the necessary materials, notions, and tools. I have some notions available for purchase.
